Helping artists turn strong ideas into public projects, publications, programs, and sustainable professional practice.

I work with artists to clarify the structure, language, strategy, and public life of their work. My consulting supports artists as they develop ambitious projects, prepare proposals, build partnerships, shape budgets, communicate with institutions, and move from studio practice into exhibitions, public programs, publishing, performance, and site-based work.

A large group of people gathered outdoors on the steps of a building with white pillars. Some are seated on the ground, some are standing, and some are actively working with electronic equipment. The setting appears to be a public event or demonstration, with trees and lush greenery around.

Project Development

I help artists move from compelling ideas to workable public projects. This includes shaping concepts, defining scope, identifying partners, building timelines, developing budgets, and clarifying what a project needs in order to exist beyond the studio.

Public Practice

I support artists working across performance, public art, socially engaged practice, publishing, experimental programming, and site-based work. The goal is to help the work meet its audience without losing its complexity, humor, strangeness, or force.

Professional Strategy

I help artists strengthen the practical language around their work, including proposals, applications, statements, project descriptions, pitch materials, and institutional communication. Good strategy does not make the work safer. It makes the work more legible, fundable, and possible.
